How do I know when my PayID is ready?
You can see if your PayID is ready to use by logging into Westpac Live Online Banking on your desktop and go to
Services & preferences > Account services > Pay to Mobile settings.
On the Westpac Mobile Banking App, go to Services and security>Pay to Mobile settings.
Business customers go to Services & preferences > Account services > PayID settings or on the mobile app Services and security>PayID settings.
When your PayID is ready for use, the status will be "unlocked".
