How do I add payments to the Westpac Banking Action for Google Assistant if I previously set up the Westpac Banking Action before December 2018?

You will need to first unlink the Westpac Banking Action for Google Assistant, by taking the following steps, and then link the Westpac Banking Action again and selecting your eligible accounts:

 

  1. Open the Google Assistant app on your AndroidTM device.
  2. Open the ‘Explore’ page by tapping on the compass icon in the top right corner.
  3. Search for ‘Westpac’ in the search box.
  4. Tap on the Westpac search result.
  5. Scroll down and tap on ‘UNLINK’.
  6. Tap on ‘LINK’ to set up again and add payments and account balances.
  7. Follow the simple set up process in Google Assistant.
