Can I use Fitbit Pay as backup if I lose my physical card?
Yes, you can continue to use Fitbit Pay as long as the physical card has not been reported lost or stolen.
If your physical card has been lost or stolen, you can:
- If registered for online banking, login to Westpac Online and place a temporary block on your plastic card through the Card on Hold service or report it lost or stolen.
- If not registered for online banking, call Westpac to place a hold on or cancel the plastic card.
Once your plastic card is closed or placed on hold you will be unable to use Fitbit Pay.
