Can I use Fitbit Pay as backup if I lose my physical card?
Yes, you can continue to use Fitbit Pay as long as the plastic card has not been reported lost or stolen.
You can:
- If registered for online banking, login to Westpac Online and place a temporary block on your plastic card through the Card on Hold service or report it lost or stolen.
- If not registered for online banking, call Westpac to place a hold on or cancel the plastic card.
Once your plastic card is closed or placed on hold you will be unable to use Fitbit Pay.
