My purchase isn’t being processed using Google Pay, why?

Ensure NFC is switched on in your device settings and that Google Pay is selected as your default mobile payment service.

If you’re still experiencing issues when making a payment at a contactless terminal please check that you have internet connectivity, your card has not expired (and your replacement card has not been activated), been blocked or closed.
