This benefit can be redeemed once per calendar year. You must apply and activate your benefit via your activation code by 31 December in the year the code is issued. Once your data plan has been activated, it cannot be paused, backdated or have its start date changed. Once activated, your complimentary 3GB Global Data Roaming plan is valid for 15 consecutive days.
How do I redeem my complimentary 3GB Global Data Roaming plan?
To redeem your complimentary Global Data Roaming plan:
- Go to gdr.flexiroam.com
- Enter the 16 digits of your eligible Westpac credit card to check eligibility.
- If eligible, confirm your benefit and complete card verification.
- Check your inbox - Look for an email from FlexiRoam with your Activation code.
- Download the FlexiRoam App.
- Open the FlexiRoam App, enter your activation code and choose your SIM option.
- Activate your benefit through the FlexiRoam App before you travel.
