How do I redeem my Flight Delay Access Pass?
- Go to flightdelayaccesspass.smartdelay.com
- Enter the 16 digits of your eligible Westpac credit card to check eligibility.
- Register your flight anytime prior to departure.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once you’ve successfully activated your benefit.
- Flight Delay Access Pass will track your flight status.
- In the event your flight is delayed by two hours or more, Flight Delay Access Pass will send you an SMS that will ask you to check your email inbox.
- You'll receive a LoungeKey Pass via email from Flight Delay Access Pass.
- Use your LoungeKey Pass at an eligible participating lounge.
The lounge network is made up of lounges and lounge alternatives which may include access to sleep pods or vouchers at participating restaurants. For a list of participating lounges, visit the LoungeKey Lounge Finder here.
There is no limit to the number of flights you can register. You must be travelling on the registered flights.
LoungeKey Passes are valid for 24 hours from the date of issue. No credit is provided for unused LoungeKey Passes.

You can register any time before your scheduled departure time.

LoungeKey Passes are valid for 24 hours from the date of issue.

What if my flight is cancelled or rescheduled?
Flights cancelled or rescheduled by more than 24 hours from their original departure time are not considered delayed flights and will be managed directly by the airline.
How will I receive my LoungeKey Pass?
Your LoungeKey Pass will be sent to you by email once your flight delay has been confirmed.
Who can I bring with me?
You can bring up to four travelling companions who are travelling on the same flight as you.
All guests must be registered before departure through the Flight Delay Access Pass website.
What if I've changed my mind?
You can cancel your flight registration at any time before your scheduled departure time.
Can I alter my flight registration?
A flight registration cannot be amended after submission.
If your travel details change, you'll need to cancel your existing registration and submit a new registration before the flight departs.
Can Additional Cardholders register for a Flight Delay Access Pass if they are travelling independently from their Primary Cardholder?
Yes. Additional Cardholders can register for Flight Delay Access Pass.
