You don't need special software, but will need an up to date internet browser. We recommend using Chrome or Safari (6 and above) for the best experience. Supported browsers also include Internet Explorer (IE9.0 and above), and Firefox.
If there is an error during your call, you may see a screen asking you to reconnect, or your screen may freeze. Press reconnect if available, or you may like to close your browser and start your video conference again. Your ConnectNOW specialist will call you on the number you've provided, to continue with your meeting.
