You can connect or disconnect this feature anytime via Westpac Live Online Banking without any forms or paperwork.
This will help you save time and reduce manual data entry from your business accounts, making it easier to reconcile your transactions and be in control of your cash flow.

Once this is successfully activated, your transaction data will be sent to your nominated accounting software provider for your registered Westpac Accounts* daily.

Yes, you can connect multiple accounts at once. Please refer to Connect/Disconnect Bank Feeds how-to guide for further instructions.
Please allow up to one business day for Bank Feeds to be connected to your third party service provider.
If a third party service provider is not appearing in the drop down menu in Westpac Live, you may need to check if your provider is registered with Westpac.
Any user changes will not impact or delete Bank Feeds once they have been connected. You may need to disconnect Bank Feeds if user access or network access levels change. Please refer to Connect/Disconnect Bank Feeds how-to guide for further instructions.
Things you should know
*Not all accounts are eligible to be included in a feed. These can include loan accounts and accounts requiring multiple authorisations for transactions.
Note: Bank Feed must be set up with Third Party Service Provider before it can be connected in Westpac Live. If your Third Party Service Provider does not appear in the drop down menu in Westpac Live, you may need to check that your provider is registered with Westpac. Should there be any changes in your user access or network access levels, you may need to disconnect your Bank Feed(s) as any access changes will not impact bank feeds.
