Third party accounts

With Westpac Live, you have been able to see who has third party access to your accounts and the level of access given.

Great news! You can now make the below changes to third party accounts in Westpac Live.

 

Westpac Live for Business customers (companies)

You can now:

  • Remove third party account access for sole and joint accounts
  • Edit the level of account access you have given on a sole account.

 

Administrators can access this feature via Account Access levels in User Administration.


 

 

Westpac Live for Personal customers (sole traders and partnerships)

You can now:

  • Remove third party account access for sole and joint accounts
  • Remove third party accounts that you have been granted access to
  • Edit the level of account access you have given on a sole account
  • Reduce the level of account access given on a joint account.

 

To access this feature, go to the Account Activity page and select Third party access.
