If you want your accountant or bookkeeper to have online access to your business accounts and transactions, you can give them third party access to your business accounts in Westpac Live.+

Choose whether you give your accountant or bookkeeper the authority to make payments.

Your accountant or bookkeeper can use our free# Biz Invoice tool to create, send and manage invoices for your business.

 

If your accountant or bookkeeper looks after multiple businesses, they can easily switch views between each business account.

Westpac Live for Business customers (companies)


You can now:

  • Remove third party account access for sole and joint accounts
  • Edit the level of account access you have given on a sole account.

 

Administrators can access this feature via Account Access levels in User Administration.

 

 

Westpac Live for Personal customers (sole traders and partnerships)

 

You can now:

  • Remove third party account access for sole and joint accounts
  • Remove third party accounts that you have been granted access to
  • Edit the level of account access you have given on a sole account
  • Reduce the level of account access given on a joint account.

 

To access this feature, go to the Account Activity page and select Third party access.
