| Cash out facility (PDF 707KB) | Request to enable cash out on your merchant facility. |
| Change your address (PDF 756KB) | Change your company’s trading or mailing address. Note: If the change is due to a change in ownership, a new merchant facility must be established. Please call Merchant Business Solutions sales on 1800 029 749 (between 8am to 8pm Sydney time, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). |
| Change your authorised contacts (PDF 69KB) | Add or remove an authorised contact from your merchant facility. |
| Merchant closure request form (PDF 645KB) | Request closure of your merchant facility or terminal(s). |
| Direct debit or settlement account (PDF 837KB) | Request to change your billing or settlement account. Important: In some instances, it's a requirement that your account settles into a Westpac bank account. If your facility falls into this category, you won't be able to change your settlement account. |
| Mail order and Telephone Order Facility (MOTO) (PDF 1MB) | Request approval to enable Mail order and Telephone Order (MOTO) transactions on your merchant facility. |
