Change your company’s trading or mailing address.

Note: If the change is due to a change in ownership, a new merchant facility must be established. Please call Merchant Business Solutions sales on 1800 029 749 (between 8am to 8pm Sydney time, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Change your authorised contacts (PDF 69KB) Add or remove an authorised contact from your merchant facility.

Request to change your billing or settlement account.

Important: In some instances, it's a requirement that your account settles into a Westpac bank account. If your facility falls into this category, you won't be able to change your settlement account.
