BPAY® is a national electronic payment service, which allows your customers to pay you over the phone or through internet banking. It’s simple and convenient, and means when your customers pay you, you receive their payments with same day value. A great way to improve cash flow.
Your invoices or bills display a BPAY logo, your unique Easy BPAY Biller code and a Customer Reference Number (CRN). Your customers simply quote these, when using internet or telephone banking to make a BPAY payment. Their financial institution then validates the payment details and gives them a receipt number. The payment details are then forwarded to Westpac, and we forward payment information to you electronically, and deposit cleared funds in your nominated bank account. Simple.

Becoming an Easy BPAY biller with Westpac is simple, complete the Application Form and Easy BPAY Biller Agreement and return the forms to us along with the other requested information.
