Accepting payments

How to process card and cash payments, refunds and view and resend receipts.

Purchase with card

  1. Tap on "Payments"
  2. Enter amount charged or select items
  3. Tap on "Card"
  4. Process card payment from customer via the card reader
  5. If a receipt is required, tap “Send receipt” and input customer email.

Purchase with cash

  1. Tap on “Payments”
  2. Enter amount charged or select items
  3. Tap on “Cash”
  4. Enter cash amount received from customer.


If a receipt is required, tap “Send receipt” and input customer email.


View and send receipts

  1. Tap on "Receipts"
  2. Refer to the "All receipts" section
  3. Tap on the relevant receipt required
  4. If you wish to resend the receipt to a customer, tap “Send receipt” and input customer email.

Refunds

  1. Tap on "Receipts"
  2. Tap on "Refund"
  3. Type reason for refund and amount to be refunded
  4. Select refund method, cash or card
  5. If refunded via cash, you will be prompted to confirm the amount has been refunded.
    Note: If refunded via card, the card reader will prompt you to process the refund with the original card processed
  6. If a receipt is required, tap “Send receipt” and input customer email.
