Changes to your BusinessChoice Rewards Platinum Mastercard®
Changes to the BusinessChoice Cards Terms & Conditions (“BusinessChoice Terms”).
From time to time, Westpac reviews its product offerings to ensure they are up-to-date. From 1 March 2019, the BusinessChoice Rewards Mastercard® will be renamed the BusinessChoice Rewards Platinum Mastercard. To reflect that change (in addition to a number of changes which do not impact your Card Account), the following amendments will be made to the BusinessChoice Terms, effective on and from 1 March 2019. All other terms of your Credit Card Contract will remain unchanged. Please read these changes together with the BusinessChoice Terms:
In the first paragraph of clause 1.0:
- The fourth bullet point is replaced with the words: “BusinessChoice Rewards Platinum Mastercard® Credit Card;” and
- Delete the fifth and sixth bullet points.
In clause 8.1:
- Replace the fourth bullet point with the words: “BusinessChoice Rewards Platinum Mastercard® Credit Card;” and
- Delete the fifth and sixth bullet points.
In clause 11.2:
- Replace the words “(a) This sub-clause 11.2(a) only applies to the following products:” in the subheading with the words “Minimum payments”, and
- The five bullet points following those words are deleted.
In clause 11.3:
- Replace the words “Sub-clauses 11.3(a), 11.3(b) and 11.3(c) only apply to the following products:”
in the subheading with the words “Method of payment”, and
- Delete the first five bullet points under the subheading.
Delete clause 11.4.
In clause 14.0(a):
- Replace the words “11.4 and 14.3” with “14.0(b)”
In clause 7.0 of Appendix A (“Cards Conditions of Use”), under the subheading “Card”:
- The fourth bullet point is replaced with the words: “BusinessChoice Rewards Platinum Mastercard® Credit Card;” and
- Delete the fifth and sixth bullet points.
