How to set up BPAY® for sole traders

Sign in to Biz Invoice from your mobile or desktop.

Please note: The BPAY payment option is only available to eligible sole traders with a Business One Low or Business One High Plan linked to their Biz Invoice profile.
 

  1. Log in to online banking
  2. Click on the Biz Invoice tile
  3. Select Settings at top of page (desktop) or via left-hand menu (mobile)
  4. Scroll down to the bottom and select Edit settings.
  5. Click ‘BPAY’ to open a BPAY account.  

 

The BPAY registration process can take up to 10 business days. For an update on progress call Westpac Customer Care on 132 142.

 

Once your BPAY account has been set up, your BPAY details will appear on any new Biz Invoices you generate. You can choose whether or not these details appear when you create or edit your invoice template in Edit settings.

Things you should know
To be eligible to set up BPAY with Biz Invoice you must be registered for Online Banking and be a Sole Trader who is the sole owner of the Westpac Business One Low Plan or Business One High Plan account to which Biz Invoice is linked. Each BPAY transaction will incur a transaction fee.
