How do I pay a Biz Invoice?

Open the link in the email from invoicing@e.westpac.com.au to view the supplier’s bank account and if applicable, BPAY® details. Use the Biz Invoice number as the description in your payment if you choose the bank transfer option.

What is Biz Invoice?

Biz Invoice is a complimentary online invoicing tool available to eligible Westpac customers1. They use it to generate online invoices, then send links to them via a secure Westpac email.

The amount I have been charged is incorrect?

Contact the person who sent the invoice and ask them to update the details. They will be able to send you a new invoice with the correct amount.

How do I pay a Biz Invoice using my credit card?

If your invoice includes a BPAY® reference number, simply log in to the online banking linked to your credit card. Choose the BPAY payment option and insert the BPAY details.

Things you should know
1. To be eligible for Biz Invoice you must be registered for Online Banking and hold a Westpac Business One Low Plan or Business One High Plan or Foreign Currency Account (excluding the Chinese Yuan RMB foreign currency account).  Terms and conditions, fees and charges apply in relation to the above accounts. 2. Any reports generated as part of Biz Invoice are based on information entered into Biz Invoice by you or any User with access to Biz Invoice on your behalf, including any reconciliation of amounts received in the relevant accounts against invoices generated using Biz Invoice and its functions. Westpac does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided in any reports generated using Biz Invoice and does not accept liability for any errors or otherwise. Westpac advises you confirm the accuracy of invoices generated through Biz Invoice, confirm all reconciliations of amounts in the relevant account, and that you review the data generated by these reports thoroughly.

 

3. Terms and Conditions, fees and charges apply with respect to Westpac’s transaction and savings accounts and Online Banking facility. To be eligible to set up BPAY with Biz Invoice you must be registered for Online Banking and be a Sole Trader who is the sole owner of the Westpac Business One Low Plan or Business One High Plan account to which Biz Invoice is linked. Each BPAY transaction will incur a transaction fee.
