CHANGE WHAT APPEARS ON YOUR INVOICES

Sign in to Biz Invoice from your mobile or desktop.

Select Settings at the top of the page (desktop) or via the left-hand menu (mobile) to change the details that appear on your invoices. Then select  Edit  settings, and update where applicable.

  • Add, change or delete your logo
  • Add or change a trading name 
  • Choose whether or not you want your business address to appear
  • Update your contact number 
  • Update your email address
  • Add business registration details to Tax Invoices for GST purposes
  • Have copies of your invoices sent to your email address. 
     

Please note that other settings, such as your business address, will need to be changed in your Online Banking profile.
