Manage Biz Invoice set up

Select Settings at top of page (desktop) or via left-hand menu (mobile) to amend set-up settings of the Biz Invoice profile.  Select Edit settings, and update where applicable.

Note: Not all settings can be managed on this page.


  • Logo can be edited or deleted
  • Trading name can be created
  • Toggle whether you would like your business address to appear on your invoice
  • Contact number and email address can be updated
  • Business Registration for GST
  • Copies of email invoices sent to Biz Invoice email address

Tip: To manage Business address navigate to Westpac Live dashboard via


Personal Banking (Desktop) > Services & Preferences > Preferences
Business Network (Desktop) > Administration (Admins only) > Business contact settings
