How to manage Biz Invoice set-up setting

Login to Biz Invoice from your mobile or desktop.

Select Settings at top of page (desktop) or via left-hand menu (mobile) to amend set-up settings of the Biz Invoice profile.  Select Edit settings, and update where applicable.


Note: Not all settings can be managed on this page.

  • Logo can be edited or deleted
  • Trading name can be created
  • Toggle whether you would like your business address to appear on your invoice
  • Contact number and email address can be updated
  • Business Registration for a Tax Invoice for GST purposes
  • Copies of email invoices sent to Biz Invoice email address

Tip: To update your Business address, logon to your Internet banking, select Overview, then: For Personal banking, head to Services & Preferences and update your address in Preferences. For Business Networks, head to Administration and update your address in Business contact settings.
