How can we help?

How do I pay a Biz Invoice?

Open the link in the email from invoicing@e.westpac.com.au to view the supplier’s bank account and if applicable, BPAY® details. Use the Biz Invoice number as the description in your payment if you choose the bank transfer option.

What is Biz Invoice?

Biz Invoice is a complimentary online invoicing tool for Westpac customers who have a Business One Low or Business One High transaction account1. Biz Invoice allows you to customise an invoice template – then send, manage and chase invoices online and on the go.

The amount I have been charged is incorrect?

Contact the person who provided the service and ask them to change their invoice. They will be able to send you a new invoice with the correct amount – and once it is paid they can revert with a paid invoice receipt.

Tip: Do not reply to the Biz Invoice email you received, but call instead for a faster response – or email your supplier.

How do I pay a Biz Invoice using my credit/debit card?

If the Biz Invoice includes a BPAY® reference number, simply log in to the online banking linked to your credit/debit card. Choose the BPAY payment option, inserting the BPAY details that appear on the Biz Invoice you received. Follow the prompts to confirm the payment. Please note, card payments over $10,000 will have to be made in instalments.
