How do I pay a Biz Invoice?

Open the attachment in the email to view the suppliers bank account details. Then use the Biz Invoice number as your reference in the payment.

 

 

What is Biz Invoice?

Biz Invoice is Westpac’s invoicing tool available and free for customers with a Business One Low or High transaction account1. Biz Invoice allows you to send invoices to customers in Westpac Live Online Banking.

The amount I have been charged is incorrect?

Contact the person who sent the Biz invoice and ask them to amend the invoice. They will be able to send you a new invoice with the correct amount.

Note: Please do not reply to the email where you received the Biz Invoice but verbally reach out to them for a faster response.

Can I use Biz Invoice?

If you are a Westpac Customer with a Business One High or Low account then you are eligible to use Biz Invoice.

Biz Invoice lets you track, reconcile, and send payment reminders – giving you time back to spend on your business.

Make Biz Invoice work for you

Biz Invoice will auto-reconcile your paid invoices2 provided the payment; is made to your linked account3, does not exceed the outstanding amount on the current invoice and references the correct Invoice Number issued by Biz Invoice. Check that your customer is aware of this.

How do I know my customer received their invoice?

You can reach out to you customer verbally to check if they received your email. If their email address has changed, don’t forget to update their details in Biz Invoice.

Westpac does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided in any reports generated using Biz Invoice and does not accept liability for any errors or otherwise. Westpac advises you confirm the accuracy of invoices generated through Biz Invoice, confirm all reconciliations of amounts in the relevant account, and that you review the data generated by these reports thoroughly.
