What does this mean for me as a customer?
Biz Invoice was decommissioned on 28 August 2022. This means you are no longer be able to create invoices, view the Biz Invoice dashboard or use any Biz Invoice functionality.
Will my customers continue to receive outstanding payment reminders?
Yes, your customers may receive payment reminders even though Biz Invoice has been disabled. We’re currently working to fix this issue so that these payment reminders will not be sent.
What is the alternative to Biz Invoice?
You may wish to talk to your accountant or financial advisor who may be able to recommend another option for you.
Which account can I switch to that still has Biz Invoice?
From 28 August 2022, Biz Invoice is no longer available on any transaction account or as a feature.
