Changes to Business and Agribusiness One – Low and High
We’ve simplified our transaction fees.
Our Business and Agribusiness One accounts now come with 25 fee-free staff-assisted and cheque transactions a month on Low Plans, and 60 on High Plans. Only when you exceed these, will you incur additional cost for staff-assisted and cheque transactions.
What does this mean?
This replaces your previous dollar amount of included fee-free transactions – for most it’s better value, but if you use cheques often, the change might increase costs.
Online’s free, now ATM deposits are too.
Self-service and online transactions remain fee-free, and we’ve reclassified ATM deposits as electronic self-service, so you could save there too.
Cheques deposited through an ATM will still incur the Cheque Collected fee if you have exceeded your included free transactions. There will be no additional charge for use of the ATM to make the deposit.

Things you should know
1. A deposit to an account with two cheques will count as three transactions, one for the deposit (depending on the channel used) and one for each cheque lodged because each Item requires individual processing.
2. The separate fees for Periodical Payments made by Bank Cheque and International Periodical Payments are not included in your number of free transactions per month. See the full terms and conditions for further details on these.
3. Non-Westpac Group branded ATMs may apply an ATM operator fee by the ATM Owner, which is disclosed at the time of the transaction on the ATM screen. This fee will be debited on the day (or next business day) of the transaction and itemised separately on your statement.
