About the birthday prize draw

We wanted to do something special to help celebrate you and your birthday! All eligible customers with a birthday that falls within this month have been put into the draw for a chance to win a $1,000 Mastercard Gift Card. You don’t need to do anything, you’ve been automatically entered into the draw if you meet the eligibility criteria.* 

Who is eligible for the prize draw?

Entry is open to Westpac customers who:

• Are an Australian resident
• Are over 18 years of age
• Hold an active Westpac account
• Are registered for Online Banking
• Are opted in to receive offers via Online Banking
• Are opted into receiving electronic marketing communications
• Have a valid phone and email address associated with their customer profile. 

How do I enter the prize draw?

Entry is automatic for all eligible Westpac customers and limited to one entry per person.

If you wish to withdraw your entry during the promotional period, you may advise us of your intention not to participate in the promotion by declining your winnings.

When is the prize draw?

The monthly prize draw for each month will occur:

• 10am on 14 January 2025 for all Entries received during December 2024
• 10am on 4 February 2025 for all Entries received during January 2025
• 10am on 4 March 2025 for all Entries received during February 2025.
