What happens if I pause or cancel my PayTo agreement?
You can pause or cancel a PayTo agreement at any time in Westpac Online Banking or the Westpac App. Once your agreement is paused or cancelled, we’ll contact you to confirm the action you’ve taken. The business you have the PayTo agreement with will also be notified.
In most cases you should check with the business (biller) before you cancel or pause an agreement as they won’t be able to initiate any further payments until the agreement is resumed or you authorise a new agreement.
