With over 10 million Australians on Facebook and 1.8 million Australians on Twitter, we’ve noticed an increasing need to engage with our customers on social media sites.
We now have an official Westpac Facebook page at www.facebook.com/westpac and an official Westpac Twitter account at http://twitter.com/westpac.
On the Westpac Facebook page and Twitter stream we'll share updates about our organisation and activities as well as other information which we hope you will find interesting and useful.
While we will do what we can to help you with your inquiries on Facebook page, your account information is highly sensitive. So if you raise a specific concern about your accounts or personal dealings with us, we’ll contact you privately and ensure your concern is moved out of Facebook or Twitter and passed on to the appropriate Westpac person or channel to be handled.
