These are completely voluntary on your part, and provide an opportunity for you to give feedback on your experiences with Westpac as well as identify areas of improvement.

The interview topics may range from, but are not limited to:

  • Internet Banking
  • Telephone Banking
  • Financial planners
  • Home Finance
  • Branches
  • Business Direct
  • Business Banking.

DBM Consultants, or any other Westpac research partner, will NEVER ask you to provide your personal details such as:

  • Your date of birth
  • Your credit card number or expiry date
  • Your account numbers or accounts balances
  • Your drivers licence number
  • Passwords or PIN numbers
  • Your address details.

So please do not provide any of the above information to a caller (or email) claiming to be from Westpac.
