Register now
Start enjoying the access and convenience of Online Banking and *Mobile Banking today. Registration is quick and easy, taking only 5 minutes to complete. You'll need your:
- Customer ID and
- Telephone Banking access code.
If you're not already registered for Telephone Banking (or have forgotten your access code), just call 132 032 anytime and we'll help get you up and running.
*To use Mobile Banking you must be registered for Westpac Online Banking or Business Online Banking and have an 8 digit Customer ID and password. You must also have signed in through your PC and accepted the Online Banking Terms and Conditions
Note: Business customers need to use the Business Online Banking registration process.
