Things you should know
- 1. Does not include term deposits, certain passbook accounts and unit trusts.
- 2. Historical statements are available for the following types of accounts: cheque, savings, home loans and credit cards.
- 3. Only bills displaying the BPAY logo. Bill payments made from credit cards are treated as a purchase. BPAY payments (i.e. bill payments and other payments made through the BPAY electronic payments scheme) will not earn Altitude points. Not all billers accept payments from credit cards.
- 4. Business customers making payments to Westpac accounts and accounts of other financial institutions other than Westpac will ordinarily occur a $0.25 fee per payment, although excess transaction fees may vary depending on the account type.
