Australian Properties Securities Fund
This is an underlying investment option for BT Investor Choice Funds, Westpac Lifetime Superannuation Service, Westpac Flexible Income Plan and BT Personal Portfolio Service.
Investment objective and strategy
The Australian Property Securities Fund aims to provide income which may be tax effective and some capital growth over the long term (at least 5 years) from investment in property securities.
- It invests in property securities, predominantly listed property trusts
- Holdings are diversified by trust manager, by location of property and by type of property
- It may also invest in a range of other listed or unlisted corporate securities.
