Choosing the right account
How can I access my money?
You can access Online Banking and Telephone Banking 24/7 1 for a broad range of services. We’ve got options for:
- Accessing cash
- Accessing your money while you’re shopping
- Paying bills
- Accessing your cash overseas
- Sending money overseas.
I want to access cash
If you need cold hard cash, our extensive ATM network is available 24/7. If you’re out shopping you can get ‘cash out’ when you make an EFTPOS purchase. Of course, you’ll need a card linked to your account. Our Debit MasterCard ® is the most flexible option – as well as using it to withdraw cash at the ATM, you can use it for EFTPOS purchases at retailers, online, over the phone, and overseas.
During banking hours you can also use our branch network. Don’t forget, some of our branches are also open on Saturdays.
I want to access my money when I’m shopping
Using EFTPOS means you can avoid carrying large amounts of cash with you. Use Debit MasterCard ® to make purchases out of your own funds, or use your credit card to make purchases using credit funds. And if you’re shopping online, you can use your cards, or you can transfer funds electronically using Online Banking.
