Organise your Australian credit card
An Australian credit card offers a convenient way to shop and pay bills, both face to face and online.
You can select from a low rate card with no annual fees, through to selected cards offering a full range of benefits, including complimentary overseas travel insurance (in accordance with the policy) and reward point programs. All applications for credit are subject to our normal lending criteria.
There are a variety of cards to select from, depending on your needs and situation though Platinum cards are not currently available to overseas customers. Ready to apply?
If you are applying within 2 months before your arrival in Australia, and would like to have your cards ready when you arrive, please use the application process on this page. It is important that you use this process as the eligibility criteria is quite different when compared to Australian citizens and residents.
If you've already arrived in Australia you can visit any Westpac branch to apply for a credit card.
