  • Lets their holiday home for casual rental
  • Has a written rental agreement with a tenant stating the terms of the lease, rental and bond amounts.

What happens next?

Online applicants. Complete the quotation, receive an annual or monthly premium estimate and fill in an eligibility checklist before paying by credit card or direct debit. If successful, you then download a copy of the Product Disclosure Statement and policy schedule.

We will then send you an email confirming your cover is in place and the level of cover you have selected.

In person or telephone applicants. Discuss your insurance needs, obtain a quote and if you meet the eligibility requirements, proceed with payment. We then provide a copy of the Product Disclosure Statement and policy schedule.
