Our emergency card replacement and cash service

If your card is lost or stolen, you can take advantage of our Emergency Card Replacement service, where a replacement card can usually be provided within 2 business days.

You also have access to an Emergency Cash Advance - subject to your available credit limit and to your credit card account being in good standing.

To report a card lost or stolen, call Westpac Cards Customer Service on 1300 651 089 from anywhere in Australia. When overseas call the Telstra Australia Direct® Reverse Charge access number for the country you're in to book a reverse charge call to +61 2 9293 9270. Black card holders please call 1300 651 999 within Australia or when overseas call Telstra Australia Direct® Reverse Charge access number for the country you’re in to book a reverse change call to (+61 3) 6345 1999 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

Things you should know
  • Special promotions (including bonus points and promotional balance transfer rates) don’t apply to customers who obtain a Westpac credit card by switching or upgrading from an existing Westpac card, or accessing Westpac employee benefits, or as part of a package (unless the package conditions state otherwise).
