Transfer your recurring direct debits from your old card

Do you have a new Westpac credit card but still have recurring direct debits being charged to your old credit card account?

Companies may be automatically debiting your previous credit card for services such as phone, gas and electricity, Internet and pay TV access or health club memberships. If you have a new credit card, you will need to advise these companies of your new card details.

For most companies a phone call will be sufficient to change your credit card details. You may also be able to update your details online.

Use our online form to generate letters

If you need to provide your new account details in writing, our online form can help you generate the letters required. You can print and send the letters to your service providers.
