Set up an automatic monthly payment
If you find yourself struggling to remember to pay your credit card on time or are too busy to organise payments, you can have peace of mind with Card Autopay. This is a free service that automatically pays a nominated amount to your card every month from your nominated account. You can choose to pay the full balance, a percentage of the balance, or a set amount. You can even set it up as a feature on your home loan.
It takes 1 full statement cycle for Card Autopay to take effect. You are free to change or cancel the plan at any time, by giving us 7 days notice. Call the Cards Customer Service Call Centre on 1300 651 089.
1. Apply for Card Autopay from any Australian bank account by completing the Card Autopay Request form (PDF 81kb) and mailing the completed form to:

2. Card Autopay can also be set up by calling Westpac Card Services on 1300 651 089 if you already have an existing Westpac account
Things you should know
- Important: If you are applying for a selected credit card at the same time or after your Premier Advantage Package is set up, or if you are switching or upgrading from an existing Westpac credit card, or if you are accessing employee benefits, you are not eligible for any special promotional offers (such as any promotional balance transfer rate) available at point of application. Please check the details at card application. Fees and charges are payable. Credit card applications are subject to Westpac's normal lending criteria. An additional credit card can be issued on the primary cardholder’s credit card account to any nominated person 16 years or over. All transactions using the additional credit card will be the responsibility of the primary cardholder.
