Some important things you need to be aware of:
- If you use Online Banking, you will need to go to westpac.com.au to log in – you will still be able to view your past Virgin transactions online

1800 080 000 to access your account.
Please note: The Ignite Card is not currently available for new applications.

1.There is no annual fee, however other fees and charges apply. Interest rates and fees and charges, other than the annual fee, are subject to change. The current variable interest rate on purchases is 13.74% p.a. and the current variable cash advance rate is 18.49% p.a.

If you have a balance transfer and do not pay the closing balance (including the balance transfer amount or any other promotion) by the statement due date each month, you will not get the benefit of the interest-free period on purchases. Interest on cash advances is calculated from the date the transaction is debited to your card account. An Ignite Credit Card may not be sent to you if you are in breach of your Terms and Conditions.
