It's easy to register

Please ensure you have the following information available before attempting to complete the application form:

  • The 8 digit customer number to establish your Business Online and/ or Business Telephone Banking
  • The BSB and account number for all accounts you wish to link
  • The account name, BSB and Account number for any third party accounts you wish to access
  • 8 digit customer numbers for any nominated users whose access is being added
  • 8 digit customer numbers for any nominated administrators who will have authority to access the new Online Self Service Administration.

If any of the nominated users and/or administrators do not have an 8 digit customer number, they will need to visit a Westpac branch, with 100 points of identification, before they can be issued with a customer number.

Note: If you register for Business Online with the same 8 digit customer number you use for Personal Internet Banking, you will lose all your existing payee details and, stored BPAY biller details.

How long will it take to complete the form?
The application should take between 10 - 20 minutes if you have all the required information at hand.

How long will it take for the application to be processed?
Your application should take around 10 working days to be processed if all the information provided is correct. If we do not have all the necessary information we will contact you.

Where can I get help completing the form?
Help can be accessed from each screen by clicking the Help icon, or you can call our customer service line on 1300 655 505 (option 3) 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5.30pm Saturday (AEDT).

What fees apply for Business Online?
Fees are usage based and are charged monthly to your nominated account in arrears. For further details please refer to the Internet Banking and BPay Product Disclosure Statement

How do I apply?
Ensure you read the Internet Banking and BPay Product Disclosure Statement and/ or Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF Business Telephone Banking Product Disclosure Statement.

Fill out the electronic application form and print, sign and give it to the branch where your main accounts are held for signature verification.
