Application process

Funding for programs is allocated once a year following a two stage application process. The 2008 funding process will be finalised by November 2008. From this time onwards, the Foundation will consider applications for the 2009 funding process.

Stage One:

Letter of Interest
This may be submitted at any time and will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. It is however preferable to submit Letters of Interest in the required format before 30 April 2009.

Stage Two:

Full Proposals
Full proposals are submitted by invitation only and are reviewed on an annual basis at the end of the financial year. Full Proposals are due by 30 June 2009 at the latest.

Funding decisions will usually be communicated by November 2009. Successful projects should plan to commence in December 2009 or from January 2010.

Before making an application, please consider the information provided and refer to our funding priorities and case studies for more detail.
