Community support policy

 

Our support program is focused on community organisations rather than individuals, and is largely driven by our employees, who give their time and money generously to a variety of charitable organisations in their local communities.

We support the generosity of our people through our Matching Gifts program, and by providing every employee with paid leave for volunteering. This is key to our community support program and underpins our belief that we have a responsibility to the local communities where we live and work.

Our resources are generally allocated to programs that are sought by us and focus on community services rather than conferences, events, or capital appeals.
