Young Achievement Australia Business Skills Program

Young Achievement Australia (YAA) is a community organisation established to help young people develop the entrepreneurial and business skills, knowledge and personal attributes required to succeed as future business leaders.

Westpac has supported YAA for 20 years by absorbing account keeping fees on business accounts for each group that establishes a YAA 'company'.

Our staff act as mentors to the participants of the program, offering guidance and sharing their business knowledge.

Each year, more than 15,000 young Australians get the opportunity to set up and run a real business through the YAA programs. As a result, these young people are more equipped to enter the work force.

For more information visit Young Achievement Australia.
