Westpac service interruption

Westpac today apologised to customers for the inconvenience caused by recent disruptions to its website.

The problem has been isolated to Westpac's home page. Customers who have bookmarked the Westpac Internet Banking log-in page have been able to access Internet Banking services as normal today.

Retail banking customers can access Westpac Internet Banking directly via: https://online.westpac.com.au

Westpac is tonight building a replacement home page and will resume services as soon as possible.

Westpac apologises to its customers affected by this disruption.

Westpac branches, ATMs and telephone banking are operating as normal.
