Westpac consolidates its marketing agency arrangement
Westpac has today taken the next step in integrating its brand belief that 'every generation should live better than the last', following a recent review of its second-tier marketing agency arrangements. Westpac will integrate its key agency resources into a select group of WPP companies under a new structure to be known as "The Red House"
The new "Red House" structure has been put in place to integrate the very successful 'every generation' campaign through all of Westpac's advertising and external communications, including direct mail and online.
The integrated "Red House" agency offering to Westpac, will build upon The Campaign Palace's very successful 'every generation' campaign, while the Wunderman agency has been appointed to integrate the campaign into Westpac's direct mail and online advertising accounts.
Westpac Group Executive, Consumer Financial Services, Mike Pratt, said Westpac had taken the next step in its highly successful 'every generation' brand campaign, which had been instrumental in engaging customers and other stakeholders at both an emotional and rational level.
"This will help us to ensure that Westpac capitalises on the tremendous success of our 'every generation' brand campaign, by consistently integrating our brand across all of our external communication channels," Mr Pratt said.
"The new Red House will enable us to powerfully position our community and social responsibility activities. The integrated resources of WPP companies will assist us in delivering creative and consistent communication."
Under the new agency structure, Lavender will be the lead agency for Westpac's Business Financial Services Group, providing integrated marketing services.
