Dividends paid on the NZ Class shares were the New Zealand dollar equivalent of the Australian dollar dividend paid on Westpac ordinary shares, adjusted by the Exchange Fraction (1 for 1).
On 11 July 2005, each NZ Class share was exchanged for one Westpac ordinary share. The final dividend on the NZ Class shares was paid on 1 July 2005.
