Annual general meeting

When is the next Westpac AGM?
See Financial Calendar for shareholders. Further information on upcoming and past AGMs, including the Notice of Meeting, Chairman and CEO's addresses and webcasts, is available on the Annual General Meeting information page.

What happens at an AGM?
The AGM is your opportunity to become directly involved in certain company decisions. You will be able to vote (either in person or by proxy) on important matters and you may also ask questions of the Chairman and the Board of Directors.

What should I do if I am unable to attend the AGM?
If you are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting, you may cast your vote on any resolution by completing and returning the proxy form that will be sent to your registered address no later than one month prior to the AGM.

You can nominate the meeting Chairman, or any other individual to be your proxy. Casting your vote by proxy will not prevent you from attending and voting at the Annual General Meeting.
