2008 Annual General Meeting ('AGM')
The Westpac Banking Corporation 2008 AGM was held on Thursday 11 December 2008, at 10:30am (AEST) in the Parkside Auditorium, Level 1, Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, Darling Drive, Darling Harbour Sydney.

The AGM was also transmitted live to an information meeting in Melbourne, in The Grand Ballroom, Level 1 at the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, 25 Collins Street, Melbourne. At the information meeting it was possible to observe the AGM proceedings and ask questions but it was not possible to vote.
