Monitoring and improving performance

We report on greenhouse gas emissions, energy usage, paper usage, recycling and car fleet performance annually through the Stakeholder Impact Report.

Since 1997, we've reported on our greenhouse gas emissions using the methodologies and approach of the Australian Greenhouse Challenge.

Why monitor our performance?
We believe strongly in the adage 'you can't manage what you can't measure' and have set clear targets around greenhouse gas emissions and paper consumption. Actual performance against these targets is monitored closely and reported annually.
