Job sharing is a form of part time work. The conditions of employment for a person who is job sharing are the same as for any other part-time employee. In principle, any job can be shared including management roles. Where a job share proposed by an employee meets Westpac's requirements for the position every attempt is made to facilitate a job share arrangement.
