Financial hardship
If you are having trouble meeting your financial commitments, get in contact with us earlier rather than later. This is the key. You need to contact the Financial Solutions team. They are trained to review your situation and find solutions.

So when you speak to our Collections team, tell them you are experiencing financial hardship and need to talk with Westpac's Financial Solutions team. Or you can call the Financial Solutions team directly on 132 668.

Provide short term assistance to customers in financial difficulty. We can provide financial assistance for the following products: Mortgages New Personal Loans Credit Cards including Virgin Cards	We are unable to provide Financial Assistance for the following products: Business Loans Business Choice Credit Cards Transaction Accounts

If you need additional help, financial counselling services help people who are in financial difficulty. They are available in every state and territory and provide a free, independent and confidential service.
