Internet Banking access
Not everyone has internet access, so we've set up computers inside some branches, otherwise known as kiosks. Kiosks allow you to use Internet Banking and browse the Westpac website. They are safe to use and our staff are on hand to answer any questions.

Telephone Banking access
If you do not have internet access or are unable to come into a branch to do your banking, you can access our Telephone Banking service on 132 032; or +61 9293 9270 from overseas (normal call charges apply ).
