Ask Once
Each week we ask customers to tell us how well we're doing on service. Over the last year you've told us what you really want from a bank:
- "Be available for me"
- "Don't make me wait"
- "Value Me"
- "Don't give me the run around"
- "Solve issues quickly and fairly"
Our objective is to build on what we are already doing and exceed our goals for what you've told us are the important things. That's our Ask Once commitment.
Each year we will ask you to tell us how we have performed on our commitments. We will publish the results – good or bad. We'll also let you know the things we have put in place to provide a consistently better service.
Finally, independent external auditors will review our performance each year.
