Frequently asked questions for Westpac shareholders.
For faster access to the shareholder information you would normally receive by mail, register your email address with us and we'll send it to you electronically.
To register your email address, follow instructions 1-5 below:
1. Have your holder identifier number (HIN) or security reference number (SRN) ready. This is required for identification and security purposes.
2. Go to the Register now button (at the bottom of this page) to be taken to the Link Market Services website. Link Market Services is a secure site where your email address will be held.
3. Enter your personal information on the Link website and click Validate.
4. Choose Update your Details then Communications Options by clicking on the arrows on the right hand side of the page.
5. Select how you wish to receive your shareholder information and ensure you register your email address. Click update.
Following this, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your email address - you simply need to reply to this as requested.
