![]() | Mayuri Gupta Financial Accountant Financial Reporting "Creating the annual report allows me to see how the bank is performing on both a domestic and international level. When you analyse the data, you see how everything comes together in the big picture. Banking is a very complicated area and there are many checks and controls. So our team feels a tremendous sense of achievement and satisfaction in knowing that we have complied with all the financial regulations and that we are producing the best quality results for all of our stakeholders." |

We deal with all the business units and our input helps them to make strategic business decisions. It's not just about reporting the numbers, we have to understand the whys and wherefores and that can open up whole new areas of possibilities. This is my first job out of university and I'm learning something new everyday." |
